"Villa Cappugi" features two apartments:
» "Olivo" (Olive tree) and "Abete" (Fir tree) at the first floor
» "Luna" (Moon) at the second floor.
All apartments are equipped with typical "cotto fiorentino" floors, large bedrooms and big dining rooms.
Furniture has been inspired by the classical poor art of the Tuscany, with wrought iron beds.
Every apartment features air-conditioning, heating system, fridge, television with satellite channels.
Every floor in the country-house is served by an elevator.

"Olivo" is composed of a delightful, very comfortable master suite featuring double sofa bed, useful in case of guests.
Vaulted cielings with original ancient fresco paintings. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the garden's big lawn with camelias, trees and sight of the town.
You can also enjoy a sight of olive grove from the windows (that is why the name "Olivo").
The apartment has 3 ample double rooms with frescoed vaults ceilings.
The apartment features a dedicated bathroom with shower.
Big windows make every room very bright.

"Abete" is composed of a very ample double hall with twin dining rooms and a double sofa bed.
The apartment features vaulted ceilings with original ancient fresco paintings.
The balcony offers a wonderful sight of garden's big lawn, flowers and a secular fir tree (that is why the name "Abete") countryside, our hills and the town.
The apartment has two double twin rooms, with beamed ceilings and dedicated bathroom.
This apartment also features big windows, making it very bright.
"Abete" can accomodate 4+2 persons.

Apartments "Olivo" and "Abete" take up the whole first floor of the countryhouse. They can be joined by simply leaving open a shared door, transforming them in a single large apartment that we have called "Camelia" (camellia) like our garden's flowers.
"Camelia" con accomodate 10+2+2 persons.

» Weeks are considered from Saturday to Saturday.
